Our merger-acquisition advisory was set up by entrepreneur Pierre Lasry, who is fully familiar with the issues faced by business leaders and investors, having himself founded and run a group with operations in 10 countries for almost 25 years. During this time, he completed a dozen acquisitions and shifted the company’s capital structure by way of three different investment funds.

Founded in 2015, Auraïa works mainly with small and mid caps, investment funds, and family offices in France and in Switzerland.

Objectives: establish and implement a strategy adapted to both the company and its management team, for all equity transactions: acquisition, capital restructuring, fundraising, etc.

This expertise draws on the team’s 30 years’ operational experience in business consultancy, as well as their in-depth understanding of the issues and challenges faced by the management.
